You will educate clients on digital banking and participate in outbound outreach to identify needs while supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM).

This regular (full-time) role requires a high school diploma and cash handling or client service experience, with weekend/extended hours possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller, cash handling, or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use PC and branch automation software.
• Ability to multitask under time constraints.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel to accommodate staffing needs, including occasional travel.
• Weekend and extended hours availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate client transactions with thorough record-keeping.
• Deliver superior service, identifying and understanding client financial needs.
• Cross-trained to support sales and service activities, including outbound calls and IRM support.
• Engage clients with a distinctive experience and conduct both complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking (ATMs, Online and Mobile).
• Support team sales by outbound outreach and client needs assessment.
• Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) concepts.
• Follow internal controls and risk management policies; stay updated on changes.
