Job summary

Georgia's Own Credit Union in Lilburn, GA is seeking a Universal Banker I to blend teller duties with member advisory services. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account openings while guiding members toward suitable credit union products.

Offered hourly rate is $23.00 with a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching. A high school diploma is required; 1–3 years in a branch environment preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's preferred.
• 1–3 years in a financial branch or retail environment.
• Experience with loan applications and internal policies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must pass background check including credit and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Greet members in a welcoming manner and connect them to Georgia’s Own Credit Union.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions.
• Open/close consumer and business membership accounts.
• Perform teller transactions and manage cash box.
• Educate members on services and cross-sell products and solutions.
