The role offers $23.00 per hour plus medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching benefits. Prior teller or retail banking experience preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and equivalent years of experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• One to three years’ experience in a financial branch environment or retail sales.
• Experience with loan applications and standard internal policies.
• Knowledge of current market offers, lending and member service policies.
• Able to interpret financial information and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and provide exceptional service in person, over the phone, or digitally.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions accurately.
• Open and manage Consumer and Business Membership accounts.
• Explain services and suggest appropriate products to meet members' goals.
• Maintain records in core systems and ensure compliance; support audits.
