Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in a financial branch environment or retail sales.
• Ability to cover Saturday rotation schedule.
• Good communication, math and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with lending and member services policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members in person, on the phone, or digitally.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account openings.
• Maintain balancing records according to teller standards.
• Explain Credit Union products and resolve member questions.
• Operate branch technology including ATMs and ITMs.
• Open/close consumer and business membership accounts.
• Submit loan applications and coordinate with lending teams.
• Document member interactions in the IRM system and follow up.
