You will balance transactions, maintain records, and ensure compliance while supporting branch operations and audits. This role emphasizes customer focus and teamwork at a bustling Georgia location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and/or equivalent required; 1–3 years in a financial branch environment or comparable retail experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong communication with members at all levels.
• Experience with loan applications and standard internal policies and procedures.
• Strong math and financial literacy; ability to interpret credit information.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and assist with transactions, loans, and account openings.
• Balance teller transactions and maintain accurate records per standards.
• Explain products and services and provide consultative recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
