Georgia’s Own Credit Union in Alpharetta seeks a Universal Banker I to blend teller duties with proactive member service. You will handle deposits, loans, and a variety of accounts while building relationships and recommending appropriate products to meet member goals.

You will support branch operations, ensure compliance, and participate in ongoing training to deliver exceptional service across channels.

Qualificações

• Experience in delivering excellent member service in a financial setting.
• Proficient in handling cash transactions and teller duties.
• Ability to identify member needs and suggest appropriate products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across channels.

Responsabilidades

• Greet members warmly and make them feel valued in person or remotely.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions.
• Maintain accurate balancing records according to teller standards.
• Follow Credit Union policies to resolve problems while staying compliant.
• Operate branch technology and systems such as ATMs, Cash Recyclers and card services.
• Explain services and benefits to members to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Open and close Consumer and Business Membership accounts.
• Assist with loan applications, decisions, documentation, and follow-up.
