You will build relationships, recommend products, and maintain records in our systems. Requirements include a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred) and 1–3 years in finance or retail; MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Greet members and provide friendly service.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loans and other transactions.
• Balance cash and follow credit union policies.

Responsibilities

• Educate members on available products and services.
• Open/close consumer and business accounts as needed.
• Process loan applications and document signings.
• Maintain accurate notes in the member management system.
