Qualifications

• High school diploma and equivalent years of experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in financial services or retail sales is desirable.
• Ability to learn branch technology and processes; background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and process transactions accurately and warmly.
• Assist with account openings, loans, and credit products.
• Educate members on services and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team to meet service and audit standards.
