Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.
• 1–3 years in a financial branch environment or similar.
• Ability to communicate with members and staff clearly.
• Experience with loan applications and lending policies.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet members in person, over the phone, or digitally and make them feel valued.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan/credit card payments, and other transactions.
• Maintain balancing records per teller standards.
• Handle problems; ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Open and close Consumer and Business Membership accounts; assist with accounts maintenance.
• Educate members on services and cross-sell products to meet financial goals.
