Job summary

Central Pacific Bank in Honolulu is seeking Universal Bankers at multiple levels based on experience. The role combines sales, servicing and operations in a branch to serve High Value Clients and build lasting relationships.

You will assess customer needs, cross-sell bank products, open deposit and loan accounts, and support branch management with coaching activities while meeting performance goals and adhering to CPB's core values and service standards.

Qualifications

• UB I requires 1+ year sales and customer service experience.
• UB II requires 2+ years branch operations and retail product sales.
• NMLS registration is required for Mortgage Loan Originator duties.
• Notary Public commission preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accepts secured and unsecured consumer loan and deposit applications and opens deposits.
• Profiles customers to determine needs and cross-sell products.
• Manages a portfolio of high value clients and builds relationships.
• Analyses financial statements and tax returns.
• Supports branch campaigns and refers clients to partners.
• Achieves branch goals for deposits, loans and revenue.
