Responsibilities

• Accept secured and unsecured loan and credit applications and open consumer and business deposits.
• Profile customers when opening/servicing accounts to determine needs.
• Participate in retention programs to build and retain relationships and acquire new ones.
• Manage a portfolio of high-value clients to build relationships and growth.
• Cross-sell to customers and refer to appropriate partners.
• Meet branch goals for deposits, loans, and portfolio growth while managing revenue and risk.
