Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (UB I) and Bachelor's degree optional for UB II.
• 1+ year sales and customer service experience required.
• 1+ year branch operations experience or teller/new account certification within 6 months.
• NMLS registration required before Mortgage Loan Originator duties.

Responsibilities

• Accept loan and deposit applications and open all consumer and business accounts.
• Profile customers to determine needs during servicing and deposits.
• Participate in retention programs to build relationships and cross-sell.
• Manage a portfolio of high-value customers.
• Support branch campaigns and cross-partner referrals.
• Meet deposit, loan and portfolio growth goals and related revenue targets.
• Train and guide new branch staff.
