Job summary

Central Pacific Bank in Honolulu, HI seeks a Universal Banker with multiple levels based on experience. You will support sales, servicing and operations in a branch and manage a portfolio of High Value Clients to build relationships and cross-sell products.

You will open deposits and loans, analyze financials, and participate in branch campaigns while meeting goals. Notary preferred; NMLS registration may be required in some roles.

Qualifications

• Education: UB I/II levels; high school diploma or bachelor’s degree as noted.
• 1+ year sales and customer service experience for UB I; 2+ years branch operations and sales of retail financial products for UB II.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing an assigned portfolio of High Value Clients (HVC) to build and retain relationships.
• Cross-sell bank products and services; refer customers to specialists as appropriate.
• Open all types of consumer and business deposit and loan products; close loan applications including HELOCs.
• Support branch management with coaching and development activities.
• Perform cash handling, deposits, withdrawals, and various payments with minimal errors.
• Balance teller cash daily; purchase and sell cash with vault operations.
