Job summary

Truist in Red Lion, PA is seeking a customer service oriented teller/representative to provide timely, accurate client transactions and service, educating clients on digital banking options, and supporting outbound calling to identify needs.

You will work in 1st shift, with opportunities to grow in IRM related activities, adhere to policies, and participate in training. Requires high school diploma and 2+ years in teller/customer service; weekend/extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of teller, cash handling, or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs, including locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients, handling complex and standardized transactions, and uncovering client needs.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales through outbound client outreach and referrals to appropriate branch team members.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise for clients' needs.
• Participate in all components of the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Pursue ongoing product knowledge through training and learning opportunities.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures, and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution, adjusting workload to branch demands.
