Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel and work weekends or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service banking options.
• Support sales process by client outreach and referrals.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management to serve client needs.
• Participate in Leadership Routines and training sessions.
• Maintain internal controls and comply with policies.
