Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Regular full-time Teller to provide a distinctive client experience by handling transactions accurately and explaining digital self-service tools. You will also support sales and IRM initiatives to strengthen client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in teller roles, strong interpersonal skills, and comfort with multi-tasking, PC use, and training participation; weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller or cash handling experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by handling transactions accurately and courteously.
• Educate clients on digital self-service tools (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales through outbound outreach and identify client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in leadership routines and ongoing training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
