Job summary

Truist in the United States (1st shift) seeks a Regular teller/relationship support to provide timely client transactions and top-tier service. You will help clients with digital banking tools and uncover financial needs, delivering a consistent experience.

You will participate in outbound outreach, support IRM activities, and maintain product knowledge through training. Weekend hours and travel may be needed; benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required, including locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.
• Proficiency with branch automation software and PC-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling transactions with accuracy and courtesy.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales through outbound client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and ongoing product knowledge trainings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies to ensure compliance.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution, handling volume per branch demands.
