• Educate clients on digital channels such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking to enhance service.
• Support sales by identifying client needs and guiding them to appropriate branch personnel.
• Understand and implement Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in leadership routines and ongoing product knowledge trainings.
• Adhere to internal controls, policies and risk management requirements.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution, handling branch workflow.
