Job summary

Truist in Pennsylvania is seeking a customer-focused Teller/Client Service Associate to deliver a distinctive client experience, process transactions accurately, and identify financial needs. You will educate clients on digital banking, support sales via outbound calls, and contribute to Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) efforts.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 2+ years teller or cash handling experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel or work weekend

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients with courteous conversation and handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound calls and referrals to branch staff or specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in all components of Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge and service skills.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
