Job summary

You will guide clients through digital channels, support the sales process, and work with the branch team to meet goals. The position requires customer service experience and ability to work varied hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of teller or cash handling experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with PC and basic software (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience through courteous conversations and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital channels and self-service solutions.
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines.
• Advance product knowledge through training and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
