Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn branch automation software and PC tools.
• Flexible to travel for staffing needs and weekend/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client experience with courteous conversations and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital solutions like ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales via outbound calls and identify needs or opportunities.
• Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) processes.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank routines and training sessions.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and risk policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
