You will deliver a superior client experience, educate clients on digital banking options, and uncover financial needs to help them achieve their goals.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2 years of teller or client service experience, strong communication, and flexibility for weekend hours and travel if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• 6 months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multitask under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel or relocate for temporary staffing needs.
• Weekend and/or extended hours availability, with possible travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Assist in client outreach and identify needs or opportunities for branch team members.
• Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and trainings.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
