Qualifications

• Previous clerical and customer service experience.
• Clerical and customer service experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bed management coordination and patient throughput support.
• Communicate with departments and relaying information; greet visitors and coordinate admissions.
• Maintain patient records, charts, and discharge documentation.
• Operate unit computer applications and ensure data integrity.
• Support hospital staff with scheduling and staffing needs.
• Assist Hospitalists and care teams during rounds and transitions.
• Support post-discharge follow-up and communication with care teams.
