Job summary

Responsibilities

• Bed management: track, assign, and communicate bed status with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Utilize OA Gold, CIS, Premise, BMD and other systems to update patient information and discharge data.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers and ED throughput; arrange patient transport as needed.
• Provide shift handoffs with pending discharges and admissions; relay information to team accurately.
