Job summary

Responsibilities

• Bed management coordination and patient throughput on the unit.
• Accurately use OA Gold, CIS, Premise, BMD, PCM Auditor, and PeopleSoft daily.
• Support unit projects, payroll, and scheduling as assigned.
• Provide shift handoffs and relay information to staff and departments.
• Assist Hospitalists with rounds, coverage, and post-discharge follow-up.
• Maintain patient charts, discharge records, and unit logs.
