• Use hospital systems (OA Gold, CIS, BMD, Kronos) for patient data
• Manage unit records, logs, and discharge paperwork
• Answer phones, relay messages, and coordinate with departments
• Support Hospitalist teams with rounds and scheduling
• Assist with staffing assignments and unit supply management
