Job summary

CNO Financial Group, Inc. is seeking a Unit Field Trainer in Albuquerque to lead recruitment, onboarding and on-the-job training for sales agents. You will manage a downline, guide development strategies and uphold production standards.

You will also support recruiting efforts, licensing training and have a hand in developing future trainers, while maintaining your own production goals within a fast-paced branch environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Life & Health license preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5 years related work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor agents; manage a downline and ensure performance and policy compliance.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and coaching for agents' development strategies.
• Maintain personal production to meet goals and objectives.
• Support branch recruitment and onboarding of licensed agents; assist licensing training.
• Conduct on-the-job training with new agents, including shared appointments and splits.
• Develop additional Unit Field Trainers within branch and satellite locations.
• Participate in management meetings and help the branch reach goals.
