Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a skilled Unified Communications Administrator to design, install, and support Cisco UC environments in our Ohio operations.

The role requires hands-on VoIP, SIP/H.323, CUCM/Unity, Expressway, and WebEx control hub expertise, with strong troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration with Network, Security, and IT teams.

Candidates should be prepared for on-site work in Findlay and to participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and hands-on Cisco UC experience.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications and VoIP concepts.
• Experience with CUCM, Unity, Expressway, and WebEx Control Hub.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, support, and upgrade Cisco Unified Communications systems.
• Perform advanced VoIP and network troubleshooting for incidents.
• Monitor UC systems to ensure uptime and security.
• Create technical documentation and end-user reports.
• Collaborate with Network, Systems, Security teams; interact with providers.
• Coordinate with telephony providers on service issues.
