Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a Cisco Unified Communications Engineer to design, install, and support the bank's UC infrastructure. You will troubleshoot VoIP and network issues and collaborate with Network, Systems, and Security teams to maintain high uptime.

The role requires hands-on CUCM/Unity experience, familiarity with Expressway, and ability to produce clear technical documentation for end users and peers. Banking context and on-site work in Ohio preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with hands-on experience supporting Cisco Networking or Unified Communications.
• Minimum of one relevant industry certification preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Unified Communications (CUCM, Unity, Expressway).
• Experience with problem determination and escalation processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, support, and upgrade Cisco Unified Communications infrastructure.
• Monitor UC systems and endpoints for optimal performance and uptime.
• Troubleshoot VoIP and network issues; collaborate with Network, Systems, Security teams.
• Coordinate with telephony providers on service issues.
• Create technical documentation and diagrams for users and management.
