Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a Unified Communications professional to manage installation, monitoring, and optimization of Cisco UC platforms. You will troubleshoot VoIP, maintain configurations, and coordinate with network and security teams to ensure high availability.

The role requires hands-on experience with CUCM, Unity, WebEx Control Hub, and related tools, plus strong documentation and customer-focused communication skills. On-call rotation is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with hands-on Cisco UC support experience.
• Minimum one relevant industry certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SIP/H.323, RTP, and voice codecs.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a point of contact for UC platform issues and escalation.
• Performs daily monitoring checks on unified communications systems and endpoints.
• Collaborates with Network, Systems, Database, and Security teams.
• Coordinates with telephony Service Providers on service issues.
• Creates and updates Service Desk tickets and provides status updates.
