Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking an experienced Unified Communications Specialist to design, install, support, and upgrade Cisco UC infrastructure across the bank’s network.

The role involves monitoring systems, troubleshooting VoIP issues, and coordinating with Telephony Service Providers to maintain high availability. The candidate will work with CUCM, CU C, CER, and WebEx Control Hub, contributing to security reviews and change management while aligning with banking policies and regulatory

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Cisco Unified Communications platforms and related services.
Knowledge of Voice over IP concepts and protocols (SIP, H.323, RTP).
Experience with Cisco IOS voice gateway configurations is preferred.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Design, install, support, and upgrade Cisco UC infrastructure.
Monitor UC systems and endpoints to ensure uptime and performance.
Collaborate with Network, Systems, Database, and Security teams.
Submit Change Management requests for scheduled maintenance.
Provide daily status updates to senior staff.
