Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking an experienced Unified Communications Engineer to design, install, support, and upgrade Cisco UC infrastructure. You will work with network, security, and telephony teams to ensure system reliability and performance.

You will perform daily monitoring, assist with platform design optimizations, and prepare technical documentation for end users and management. A strong knowledge of SIP, CUCM, Cisco Unity, and related tools is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with hands-on Cisco UC experience.
• Minimum two years supporting Cisco Networking or unified communications platforms.
• Familiar with CTI, CUCM, Unity, Cisco IOS voice configurations preferred.
• Experience with monitoring and documenting system changes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for UC platforms and escalation for issues.
• Perform monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of UC and VoIP systems.
• Coordinate with service providers and internal teams to resolve incidents.
• Create technical documentation and end-user guides.
• Maintain security and compliance in UC deployments.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with hands-on experience supporting Cisco Networking or unified communications platforms
