Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a Cisco Unified Communications Administrator to design, install, support, and upgrade the Cisco UC infrastructure.

The role requires strong UC and networking knowledge to perform tasks independently with minimal supervision and to assist other support tiers in complex incidents. You will monitor platforms, troubleshoot VoIP and network issues, coordinate with telephony providers, and collaborate with Network, Systems, Database, and Security teams while producing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with hands-on Cisco UC experience
• Experience with Cisco UC platforms (CUCM, CUC, CER) and Cisco Unity
• At least one industry certification is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as contact and escalation point for unified communications issues
• Perform daily monitoring and optimization of UC platforms
• Troubleshoot VoIP and networking problems to isolate root causes
• Coordinate with telephony providers and cross-functional teams
• Create and update technical documentation and diagrams
