Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. seeks an experienced Unified Communications professional to design, implement, support, and upgrade Cisco UC infrastructure. You will monitor systems, troubleshoot VoIP and network issues, and document processes for end users and peers.

You will collaborate with Networking, Security, and Systems teams, handling incidents with minimal supervision and ensuring compliance with banking policies. A strong communication demeanor and ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• Minimum two years hands-on experience supporting Cisco Networking or UCC platforms.
• Candidate should maintain banking industry compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Serves as point of contact on service issues related to unified communications platforms and escalation for UC Administrator I.
• Executes daily monitoring of unified communications systems and endpoints for optimal performance and uptime.
• Assists senior team members with optimization of platform configuration and design.
• Reviews UC systems to ensure proper security.
• Performs VoIP and network troubleshooting to diagnose systemic problems.
• Coordinates with telephony service providers on service issues.
• Collaborates with Network, Systems, Database, and Security teams.
• Submits Change Management requests for maintenance activities.
• Creates and updates Service Desk tickets for work performed.
• Provides daily status updates to seniors as requested.
• Maintains UC hardware/software to current status.
• Composes technical documentation, diagrams, and procedures.
