Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a Cisco Unified Communications specialist to design, install, support, and upgrade the UC infrastructure in a banking environment.

The role requires strong knowledge of unified communications, networking, and related Cisco platforms. You will work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, document procedures, and provide technical guidance to end users, peers, and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with hands-on experience supporting Cisco Networking/UC platforms.
• Minimum one relevant industry certification preferred.
• Experience with Cisco UC platforms (CUCM, Unity, Expressway) and VoIP concepts.
• Willingness to work on-call and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Banking industry experience and compliance training are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for service issues related to unified communications platforms.
• Perform daily monitoring checks to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Assist senior team members with platform configuration and design optimization.
• Coordinate with network, security, and telephony teams to resolve issues.
• Submit Change Management requests for scheduled maintenance and create/update Service Desk tickets.
