Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a Cisco Unified Communications professional to design, implement, support, and upgrade the UC infrastructure. The role requires strong UC and networking knowledge and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

You will assist multiple support levels in resolving incidents, document processes, and produce end-user, peer, and management reports. You will monitor platforms daily, optimize configurations, and ensure security.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with hands-on experience in Cisco Networking/Unified Communications.
Minimum one relevant industry certification preferred.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

Serve as a point of contact for unified communications service issues and escalation.
Perform daily monitoring of UC systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
Assist senior team members with platform configuration and design optimization.
Review UC systems for security and compliance.
Troubleshoot VoIP and network issues to isolate problems.
Coordinate with telephony providers on service issues.
Collaborate with Network, Systems, Database, and Security teams.
Submit Change Management requests for maintenance activities.
Create and update Service Desk tickets for related work.
Provide daily status updates to senior staff.
