Maintain documentation and reports for users, peers and managers.

Responsibilities

Monitor unified communications systems and endpoints daily.
Troubleshoot VoIP and network-related issues to isolate problems.
Collaborate with Network, Systems, Database and Security teams.
Submit Change Management requests for maintenance activities.
Provide daily status updates to senior stakeholders.
