Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. in Kentucky seeks a Cisco Unified Communications Specialist to design, install, support, and upgrade the Cisco UC infrastructure. You will monitor systems, assist with configuration optimization, and compose technical documentation for end users and peers.

You will collaborate with Network, Security, and Telephony teams, handle on-call rotations, and ensure security and uptime in a regulated banking environment; Kentucky on-site location preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting Cisco UC/Networking.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA/CCNP preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and after-hours requests.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communications systems.
• Assist with platform configuration and design optimization.
• Coordinate with network, security, and telephony teams.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports.
• Process Change Management requests for maintenance.
• Provide daily status updates to senior staff.
• Maintain UC hardware and software to current status.
• Escalate complex incidents to senior teams.
