Qualifications
- 2+ years in telephony/UC support with MACD in a corporate environment.
- Experience administering Teams, Zoom, and telephony platforms.
- Familiarity with VoIP, SIP trunking, and dial plans.
- Associate's or higher in IT/CS preferred.
Responsibilities
- MACD provisioning/deprovisioning for desk phones and endpoints.
- Administer Teams and Zoom platforms; monitor health and assist users.
- Support video conferencing and telephony issues; onsite or remote.
- Deploy and maintain video room systems; coordinate with vendors.
- Create technical documentation and end-user guides.
