CHS Corporate is seeking a Technology Engineer, Unified Communications, to design, implement and optimize enterprise UC solutions in Franklin, TN. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to configure components that support performance, stability, and scalability across the organization.

You’ll handle system upgrades, troubleshooting, documentation, and translating business requirements into technical solutions, with a focus on Cisco UC systems and carrier management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/SE or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in technology engineering or enterprise IT support.
• Experience with Cisco UC systems (CUCM, Webex, Unity).
• Experience with carrier management and porting processes.

Responsabilités

• Configure and maintain enterprise technology solutions aligned with business requirements and standards.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and integrations across enterprise platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; escalate complex problems as needed.
• Maintain configuration and system management documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support change management processes for upgrades and maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
