Job summary

UGI Utilities, Inc. is seeking a UC Engineer to administer and support our unified communications infrastructure, including voice, video, and collaboration platforms.

You’ll perform MACD for telephony and UC endpoints and assist with deployment and upkeep of video systems. Work is hybrid: on-site Monday–Thursday at our Denver, PA location with remote work Fridays; some travel between King of Prussia, PA and Denver, PA is required.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or CS.
• At least 2 years of telephony/UC support experience.
• Cisco CCNA Collaboration or related certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage MACD for telephony and UC endpoints, including desk phones and voicemail.
• Administer Microsoft Teams and Zoom platforms; monitor health and escalate issues.
• Support video conferencing and telephony issues during meetings and events.
• Install and maintain video conference room systems and Teams Rooms equipment.
• Create technical docs and end-user guides; train users on Teams and telephony.
