Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification required.

• Lead onsite UC operations for 24x7 coverage at FDIC Virginia campus.
• Direct UC engineering and operations teams for telephony, video, conferencing, and collaboration platforms.
• Own UC monitoring, CMDB integration, incident and problem management, and vendor coordination.
