Job summary

You’ll write robust fixes in Rust, C++, Python, or Go, with tests and CI.

Qualifications

• Real experience debugging code under time pressure.
• Ability to read and fix bugs in languages you don’t write daily.
• Comfort with two or more of Rust, C++, Python, Go.

Responsibilities

• Debug field‑reported anomalies by identifying the true subsystem involved.
• Reproduce issues using recorded data and visualize results.
• Use existing metrics and logs to reconstruct system state at failure moments.
• Verify fixes in hardware‑in‑the‑loop or simulated environments before deployment.
• Write fixes in the subsystem language with tests and CI coverage.
• Determine if root cause is bug, config, or deployment mismatch and address accordingly.
• Document root cause and fix for long‑term learnings and on‑call playbook.
