NFIB is seeking an Elite Outside Sales Advocate in Kentucky to grow membership through face-to-face engagement with small business owners. This hunter/closer role offers uncapped straight commissions, paid training, full benefits, and a self-directed schedule aligned to drive field success.

You will present NFIB’s proven program, enroll members on the spot, and advocate for small business rights in Washington, D.C. and state capitals, while maintaining a field-focused, results-driven approach.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: conduct in-person cold calls to meet small business owners (no appointment setting).
• The NFIB presentation: master and deliver the 5-minute verbatim sales presentation.
• The Close: use an assumptive one-call close to enroll new members and process payments on the spot.
• Advocacy: educate owners on NFIB protections in Washington, D.C. and state capitals.
