National Federation of Independent Business seeks an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to grow membership among small businesses through direct, in-person outreach.

This hunter/closer role rewards high performers with uncapped commissions, comprehensive benefits, 13-week training pay, and a disciplined sales process. You’ll educate owners on NFIB advocacy and win new members in DC and state capitals.

Qualifications

• Own a business, run a department, or manage a territory with accountability.
• Proven persistence to pursue small business owners and build rapport.
• Fast learner who thrives on a proven, structured sales model.
• Willingness to advocate for NFIB at DC and state capitals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage independent business owners in person to grow membership.
• Master and deliver a concise 5-minute NFIB presentation with impact.
• Close memberships and process payments on the spot.
• Educate owners on NFIB advocacy and rights protection.
