The role emphasizes relationship-building, territory ownership, and advocacy education, with an uncapped commission plan and comprehensive benefits for a field-based position in the Kentucky area.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business ownership, or similar roles.
• Proven ability to close deals and meet targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and meet small business owners with in-person cold calls.
• Master and deliver NFIB’s 5-minute sales presentation.
• Close members on enrollment and process payments on the spot.
• Educate owners on NFIB advocacy in Washington, D.C. and state capitals.
