Job summary

Everstory Partners in Burlington, NC seeks a Sales Counselor to guide families through funeral and cemetery product choices. The role blends consultative B2C sales with community outreach, building lasting relationships and a strong pipeline.

You will earn a target first-year income with uncapped commissions, plus a paid training period. This is a full-time, on-site position at Alamance Memorial Park in Burlington.

Qualifications

• One year of sales or relationship-based experience preferred.
• Comfortable in a performance-driven, commission-based environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to recommend products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and related merchandise.
• Build a sales pipeline via inbound leads, referrals, and networking.
• Respond to inquiries and follow up with prospects throughout the process.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers and the community.
• Use CRM to manage leads and track sales opportunities.
