Everstory Partners is seeking a compassionate Sales Counselor to help families select funeral services and cemetery merchandise, guiding them through pre-need and at-need options. The role involves local travel and requires strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills.

They generate leads from walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive outreach. Expect uncapped earnings with first-year range $45,000–$65,000, plus six weeks of training pay at $18.00/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business/marketing/sales preferred.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement for travel.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook).
• Experience using a CRM/lead management system preferred.
• Detail oriented with strong problem solving abilities.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist families with funeral selections and attend services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and cemetery merchandise.
