Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor in Wake Forest, NC to help families make informed funeral and cemetery decisions with empathy and guidance. The role combines consultative B2C sales, business development, and community outreach to grow a strong customer base.

You will earn from commissions or a guaranteed hourly rate, depending on performance, with a paid training period in the first 6 weeks. Proficiency with CRM and a customer-first approach are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in sales or related roles preferred.
• CRM software experience is preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through lead generation, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and customer inquiries, and walk-in opportunities.
• Guide customers through purchasing decisions and complete required contracts and documentation.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, appointments, and sales opportunities.
