Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor in Burlington, NC to guide families through funeral and cemetery product choices with empathy and expertise. You will build relationships, manage a sales pipeline, and drive revenue through consultative, B2C sales.

The role emphasizes in-person meetings, outbound outreach, and community engagement, with earnings consisting of commissions and a guaranteed minimum hourly rate. Training is provided in a commission-based environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CRM experience preferred (HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
• Bilingual skills a plus (Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog, Vietnamese, or Arabic).
• Commission-based, performance-driven environment with prospecting and lead generation.
• Excellent sales communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and recommend funeral/cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through lead generation, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads, inquiries, and walk-in opportunities; follow up throughout the sales process.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers and community members.
